    Hi,

I recently installed Sitefinity 3.2 +SP1, and had no errors or issues on install.
When I create my first site using the Company template, the problem comes once I hit "I'm done" on step 3 - an error comes back saying :

Importing template data failed: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FTCH_TRNG.PK_SF_GCMETADATA) violated ORA-06512: at "FTCH_TRNG.SF_GCMETADATA_INS"

If I disable the constraint in Oracle and retry I get another constraint error :

Importing template data failed: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FTCH_TRNG.PK_SF_CMSCONTENTVERSION) violated ORA-06512: at "FTCH_TRNG.SF_CMSCONTENTVERSION_INS".

After 3-4 times I gave up.
    The Oracle version is 10g.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening ?

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hello Chris,

You are getting this error when trying to import an item since this item already exists in the database, probably it has been added the first time you run the StartUp wizard, just before getting the first error. It's the first error that is the real reason of the problem.
Could you please send us the ~/App_Data/Sitefinity.log file to see the first logged exception or just post it to this thread.
For the time being, you can clear the checkbox at the third step of the wizard to continue with the project.

    Sincerely yours,
    Vlad
