    Hello Alfred Pena,

I have tried to browse the related images and documents item, and did not experienced the error. To be honest, I am not sure why exactly.

Can you please check if the request to this item is coming from an indexing bot?

You can try to prevent this error by increasing the cache duration time, or disabling the cache for the Images and Document items.

    All the best,
    Georgi

    Georgi,

This error is not being generated from an indexing bot, as far as I know. Every time I have seen the error, it's just a user (sometimes me) trying to access a page in a normal fashion while browsing the website. The pages that are affected are pages that have used the image control to load an image that was uploaded to the Images & Documents library.

    Hi Alfred Pena,

I am still trying to find how this can happen.
Is there any way to send us the web.config file through the support thread which you have for this issue?

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Georgi

    Hi,

I'm having the exact same problem. It throws a null ref. exception randomly. It seems to be when the page first loads up after the app pool has been recycled after a period of time, and only on the first load. I'm using 3.6. Can you let me know asap? Client is getting antsy :)

    Hello Adam,

We made fixes to the Cache method of the UrlRewriterService. I suggest that you should upgrade you project to the latest official release Sitefinity 3.7 SP3.

    Sincerely yours,
