    Hi,

I have page A and a sub-page B underneath it in the Pages hierarchy.

Page A has the following properties:
    show in navigation = true
    anonymous access = Deny
Permissions: view access only granted to one role, say role R.

Page B has the following properties:
    show in navigation = true
    anonymous access = Deny
Permissions: inherit from parent (page A)

When a user belonging to role R is logged in, the navigation menu only shows Page A, not page B. If I change page B to allow anonymous access, then it shows up in the navigation (drops down from page A), but I don't want to allow anonymous access.

Is this a bug? If so, when can I expect to get the fix?

    Thanks!
    mark

    Hello mark,

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this behavior.
We created pages A and B as you describe, set View permissions for role R, and when we logged in with a user belongs to R page A and B are both show up in the navigation menu.
Please check again the permissions for Page B.
If you still have this problem, please send us your database, so we could investigate it locally.

    Kind regards,
    Vlad

    Hi Vlad,

It turns out it was just one page that was doing this (page B). When I deleted it and created it again it worked. Go figure. Thanks for the help.
