    Hi,

    I'm using a sitemenu module for my site's main navigation. It has multiple levels of drop downs and works/looks fine in all browsers except Google Chrome. The issue seems to be that in Chrome the background does not extend the length of the link's text. When I attempt to view the source and CSS of the page with firebug for chrome I'm told that the width of the drop down's items is being set to (for instance) 198px. If I view the source from Firefox i see that the width for the same item is being set to 234px. I believe this is causing the background to not extend the full length in Chrome while the menu displays fine in firefox and IE. I think this is a bug either with Chrome or Sitefinity's sitemenu because I am not giving a width to the divs of the drop down, they seem to be getting these widths dynamically and applying them to the elements themselves.

    It will probably be easier to diagnose is you see the problem I'm having so i've included a screen shot of what it looks like in Chrome and what it looks like in Firefox.

    Hi Chris,

    The problem is that you are applying some styles to the li, a or span elements. For instance you are setting some border. Another possible options are changing the background - sprite image or position of the li. If there is a live link I will be able to provide some more help in this matter.

    Hi Chris,

    You should set

    .RadMenu_MaxQMenu .rmGroup {

    width: auto important!

    }

    In Chrome the rule is overridden.

    Thank you very much! I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure out which style property was causing the issue. That cleared it up for me, thanks!
