I have been receiving this error frequently with SF community 3.1 is there a cause or a fix I can do to prevent this from happening?  I have to do an IIS restart for the error to be resolved.

    Hi Scott,

I see that you are using some custom template called PersonalContentViewItemList.ascx. Have you modified the template somehow or BlogPosts control? How many posts you have? The error seems to be thrown from the Pager control. Can you try using ListPageMaster template located in Modes folder and see whether the error will appear.

I'm now convinced that the issue is arising from too many apps running on a server at my web host (Verio.com). I've moved the code and database as is locally and to a new host. Both cases let the site run just fine.
