    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the selector not working for  a simple user control we built. We recently upgraded to SF 3.7 SP3 and are now, we build and run our site in Sitefinity, we are unable to see the "Select" button that previously allowed us to browse the files and pages of the site.

    Additionally, there is something strange that now happens whenever we put in the a WebEditor selector as an attribute of a public property like this:

    [WebEditor("Telerik.Cms.Web.UI.CmsUrlWebEditor, Telerik.Cms")]
    [Category("Link Image Properties")]
    public string LinkTo

    The other attributes are ignored. For example, notice that I put a Category attribute in the previous code. When we run the site in Sitefinity, our user control appears under the "Misc." category rather than the one we assigned it in the code behind called "Link Image Properties" as you see above. If we remove the WebEditor attribute, then the Category attribute works just fine and our user control goes inside the "Link Image Properties" in Sitefinity correctly.

    So, we have two issues, which are likely to be related. 1) The file browser "Select" button no longer appears and 2) whenever we add a WebEditor attribute, the other attributes that follow are ignored as well.

    I am attaching some sample code we are using so hopefully you can find something we are doing wrong or if we must do something differently for SF 3.7 SP3:

    using System;
    using System.Collections;
    using System.Configuration;
    using System.Data;
    using System.Web;
    using System.Web.Security;
    using System.Web.UI;
    using System.Web.UI.HtmlControls;
    using System.Web.UI.WebControls;
    using System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebParts;
    using System.ComponentModel;
    using Telerik.Cms;
    using Telerik.Cms.Web;
    using Telerik.Cms.Web.UI;

    namespace Trakkware.UserControls.Common.Web.UserControls.Trakkware
    {
        public partial class LinkImageWithCaptionWebUserControl : System.Web.UI.UserControl
        {
            protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
            {
            }

            private string m_linkTo;
            [WebEditor("Telerik.Cms.Web.UI.CmsUrlWebEditor, Telerik.Cms")]
            [Category("Link Image Properties")]
            public string LinkTo
            {
                get { return m_linkTo;}
                set { m_linkTo = value; }
            }
        }
    }

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Hi Martin Chamorro,

    I am not able to reproduce these issue under Sitefinity 3.7 SP3 using the code you provided in a user control. You could watch the attached video.

    Most probably you have not merge some of the templates or something has failed during upgrade.

    All the best,
