    hi

    Since we lanuched the website, i faced the below problem twice.

    suddenly, the all links in website are redirecting to one particular link.
    After, we restart the application ( using webconfig file) everything going back to normal.

    please timely help is much appreciated.

    Hi syed,

    Thank you for using our services.

    From the provided information we could not make a lot of suggestions for troubleshooting. Our only guess would be that you have this website running in the same application pool together with other applications. Then over time the application pool needs recycling and if the application pool keep alive interval is too long you might experience behavior as this. At this point what we could suggest you to try is to create a separate application pool for your website and set the pipeline mode, and identity of this application pool the same as the one your website is running in. Then migrate the website to the new application pool you have created, and observe the behavior.

    Sincerely yours,

    Hello syed,

    Thank you for getting back to us with the additional information.

    Could you please let us know if you are using caching for your project? If yes, then how is the caching configured? Also could you, please check if there have been any modifications to the following code in Global.asax file:
    public override string GetVaryByCustomString(HttpContext context, string custom)
    {
        if (custom.Equals("cms"))
        {
            return String.Concat(context.Request.RawUrl, context.Request.Browser.Type).ToLower();
        }
        return base.GetVaryByCustomString(context, custom);
    }

    Best wishes,
