I'm getting this error after a server move that prevents me from creating any blog posts, content, etc.  The file is there (I can see it in FTP and Plesk) and the permissions appear to be correct.  How can I correct this?

'C:\Inetpub\vhosts\...\httpdocs\App_Data\RadSpell\en-US.tdf' is missing. The spellchecking functionality of RadEditor requires a dictionary file named 'en-US.tdf' in the 'C:\Inetpub\vhosts\...\httpdocs\App_Data\RadSpell\' folder. Please, ensure that all needed dictionary files from the original RadEditor distribution are present. See the help for more details Controls > RadEditor > Spellchecker

I actually got it working by giving Full control to the App_Data folder to all the IUSR accounts in Plesk.  I thought Modify should work, but apparently it needed Full Control.
