    Hi i am using sitemenu and sitepanelbar controls inide sitefinity.
    The data to this menu and panelbar is driven from the sitemap datasource.
    I want that as soon as i hover over any of the nodes in either menu or sitepanelbar there should be a tooltip having the text as displayed in the respective menu or sitepanelbar control.
    Thanksssss

    Hello Aashish Gupta,

    Both RadMenuItem and RadPanelItem objects have ToolTip property. You could set it in the handler of navigation control OnItemDataBound event (it is RadMenu1_ItemDataBound method for Site Menu and RadPanelbar1_ItemDataBound method for Site Panelbar). Here is an example with Site Menu control:

    public void RadMenu1_ItemDataBound(object sender, RadMenuEventArgs e)
        {
            e.Item.ToolTip = e.Item.Text;
            ...
        }

    Hope this helps.

    All the best,
    Pepi
