I looked everywhere and I can't find the answer I need. I created a skin for a RadPanelBar using VSB, I added it to my App_Themes folder and no matter what I do I can't seem to get the skin to apply itself to the tool. I attempted the first route I watched in this video http://tv.telerik.com/watch/aspnet/visualstylebuilder/create-custom-skin-radpanelbar-with-vsb and of course the problem is I'm not working with a page, I'm working with a user control so there is no "theme" attribute. I tried just applying the new theme to the page I created in Sitefinity and it still didn't take. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and I don't care whether I have to apply the theme to the page in Sitefinity, the particular Master page or the actual user control itself but please someone send me directions on how to make this work. It's ridiculously frustrating.

    Thanks Nic

    Hello Nic,

Please make sure that your css is loaded on the page. Most probably the css is not loaded or you have not specified the proper name for the skin which should be added the the css classes.

I had similar problems. Make sure you copy the files to the Global folder.
