Registration Email Notification not received.

    Hi,

    When a new user registers our site, there's no email being sent to the user or us.
    I've checked the SMTP settings and everything seems to be ok. Emails are being sent/received when placing an order, contact us, and forgot password.

    The only problem is when someone registers. Neither the user or us receive a notification email.

    Any suggestions?
