    Hello,

    I have started experiencing a problem in my Standard Edition (3.2) system whereby all the spamprotector forms are not validating, with the message my CAPTCHA session has expired.

    Its impossible to tell what I might have changed in web.config etc.

    Here is a snippet of what I added to the default spamprotector tags, which I use in custom user controls:

                EnableCaptcha="true"
                CaptchaTextBoxLabel="Enter the above validation code: <br/>"
                CapcthaInvalidInputMsg="Validation codes do not match!<br/><br/>"
                CaptchaExpirationMsg="Validation code session has expired!<br/><br/>"
                CaptchaMaxTimeout="120"

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Thanks, Mark

    Hi Mark,

    The problem could appear if you use other validation controls and one of them is not verified. It is difficult to say what could be the issue, so  can run your code in debbuger to figure out where the problems is. You could give a try to something like this in the code behind. I had a similar problem when did not use Page.IsValid property.

      protected void button1_Click1(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
          //Gets a value indicating whether page validation succeeded.
            if (this.Page.IsValid)
          //do something
                Label1.Text = textbox1.Text;
        }

    If you want you could share your code and approach with us.

    Best wishes,
    Ivan Dimitrov
