licese issue and logout after some period

    Hi,

    When I use Sitefinity to make modifications to the site, it still says that I am using a trial version of 3.5 and regularly forces me to re-login—often while I am uploading a new image, which then means I have to re-upload.
    Also, it is incredibly slow—a simple content update can take 1/2 hr, which is too long.

    however i have get the license and i also integrate the license. check at with this http://www.quantumsecure.com/ the mostly issue come in admin section when i try to edit or modify content.

    Hi Manoj,

    The license key is not accessed by the application. That means - it is not on its place or somehow cannot be read. I checked your website to see whether the LicenseFile.xml is set under default Sitefinity folder, but I got 404 error. Check whether the license file is set up correctly and then restart the application.

    As for the another issues with the logging out - it seems that the application pool is restarted when you try to upload image or modify something - then then you are logged out. Probably you exceed your memory limit set by your host.

    Hello Manoj,

    It seems the license key you have generated does not comply with the rules defined here: http://www.sitefinity.com/domainNameRules.html. The link is available on the license key generation page.

    I have created a license key for you with the correct format for the domain.The license key file has been sent to your license holder via email a couple of minutes ago. It is also available for download in the license holder's account on sitefinity.com.

    Please replace the existing file with the new one and restart your application.

    Also, I would recommend asking the license holder to add you as a licensed developer to the license, so that you can have access to the key via your own account.

    I checked your website. The license key is accessed by the application. I was clicking more than 10 minutes website's menu items and did not get the trial message.

    Hi Ivan Dimitrov ,

    Today Our testing team test the website for approx 20 minute and in this time period they got more than 5 times trial version message. see the attached images with timestamp.

    Please take it seriously. Our client is angry as he paid for the license version but  he keep getting "trial" alerts. Last time we integrated a new license file (provided by you) and also restarted our website but issue still persists.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Our records show that you hold a Sitefinity Community Edition License which does not require license key generation. The Sitefinity Community Edition Licenses work without license keys and can be freely deployed on any server.

    Only the Sitefinity Standard Edition Licenses need a license key. Please let me know if you have purchased a Sitefinity Standard Edition License and specify the account on which it is registered, so we can resend the license key.
