    Hi there.

First of all i would like to say that i'm very impressed with Sitefinity this far.
I've been working alot with Drupal and Joomla and i must say that this CMS is getting very close or not even better. Atleast it's the best CMS i've been using in .Net.

Now to my issuse. I've been playing alittle with the Newsletter Subscribtion box. But i really cant figure out how to make the "redirect" to get to the same page the user currently is on.

My site:  I've got a template with a subscribtion box. Then i got several pages using this template. When people are using the subscribtionbox I want to use a "ajax"-function which dont redirect the user to new page. Or atleast do a postback with some new params in the url so i can see if the email was registered or not.

Trying to get something like this:
    http://alvarojunior.com/jquery/joverlay/0.6/   (a joverlay with a succesfull message)

Thanks for all help i can get.

    Hello Magnus,

You can control where to be redirected by setting the SuccessSubscriptionPage and the FailureSubscriptionPage properties of SubscriptionForm (located in Advanced Edit Tab -> Behavior section). You can set these properties from the code as well for each of your pages that use the subscription form.

You can use the RadWindow control. Load the subscription form page in RadWindow control and after successful subscription close the window.
Templates for the SubscriptionForm control are:
    1. ~/Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/Newsletters/SubscriptionFormTemplate.ascx - the form where user fills his email.
    2. ~/Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/Newsletters/SuccessfullySubscribe.aspx - shown after successful subscription. Here you can add javascript code to close the RadWindow in Go Back  button.

    I hope this information helps.

    Kind regards,
    Parvan
