    For modules I map the appropriate templates to their 'external' counterparts and add the following to the RadEditor declaration to point to the appropriate directory to find RadEditor Templates:

    <TemplateManager ViewPaths="~/Files/EditorTemplates" UploadPaths="~/Files/EditorTemplates" DeletePaths="~/Files/EditorTemplates" />

    I now need to add these Template paths to the RadEditor control that is selected from the Add Controls menu and dragged/dropped onto each Sitefinity page.  How on earth do I set these template paths for this control?  As far as I can tell the control is embedded in an assembly and I have no access to any means to affect its behavior.

    Hello Larry,

    The template you should map is called GenericContentDesigner.ascx. It is located under Sitefinity_3_7_1990_standard_ExternalTemplates/Sitefinity/Admin/ControlTemplates/Generic_Content.

    More information about mapping the templates can be found at How to map a view.

    Sincerely yours,

    Thanks, Ivan!

    As you've no doubt guessed my username is largely a matter of 'truth-in-advertising'.  It literally took me longer to notice you responded than to implement the fix once I had read your response.

    Thanks again.
