Hello, not sure if this is the right spot for this thread but here goes. I am developing a template using Visual Studio 2008. My question concerns customizing the site nav bar for my template. I have an image that I want to use for the nav buttons on the website template Im making. Here is the problem: I can get the button I want to show up but the text for the parent node appears either below or next to the button. How do I get the text to appear ON the button. I do not see any way to do this on the "properties tab" . Im new at Visual Studio so any help would be appreciated. I suppose I could just edit my "button" jpeg in Windows Paint to add the text but Id rather not go that route. Any suggestions? Please take pity on this newbie  LOL. Thanks, Don

    Hi don collins,

Generally it is better to create only the images for your menu ( say RadMenu) because you can archive this with several rows of code. Otherwise you need to set the image to each element and then use css classes to get the RadMenuItem text or NavigateUrl over the image using z-index - your text should overlay the image.
