Is there a way for an administrator to find a users password without the user having to reset their password? Thanks.

    Hi,

If the password is in Clear format you can get it from the database, otherwise you have to decrypt it. We use additional salt to mask the password and the salt is not publicly exposed.

    Hello Rick,

Currently it is not possible to store encrypted passwords without Salt. The only way you can store passwords without using it is to save them in Clear format.

    Kind regards,
