    Hello vipul patel,

    The error doesn't come up second time, because when a module fails to initialize the first time, it is not loaded again.
    Could you please check the following:
    - If you have a search form which tries to use search index, which is not present in the search indexers repository (Administration -> Search)
    - Compare the original web.config file with your current one. You should be looking for any differences in the indexers section:

    <indexClients>
    <add name="PageIndex" type="Telerik.Cms.Search.PageIndexProvider, Telerik.Cms" settingsControl="Telerik.Cms.Web.UI.PageIndexSettings, Telerik.Cms" viewSettingsControl="Telerik.Cms.Web.UI.SearchViewControl, Telerik.Cms" description="Provides indexing services for CMS Pages."/>
    </indexClients>

    It seems that the search engine is initialized with indexing client which is invalid for some reason.

    All the best,
    Georgi
