    Hello Richmond,

    Most probably you have exceeded some limits

    - default value for the maxRequestLength parameter in the section of the Machine.config file is 4096 (4 megabytes). As a result, files that are larger than this value are not uploaded by default.

    - database server limits - RAM.

    You can enable files provider and/or streaming

    <libraries defaultGenericProvider="Libraries" streamingProviderName="Nolics" streamingIsEnabled="True" streamingChunkSize="20971520">

    This will set your website to upload files on chunk of maximum 20 MB. If you want you can decrease the value of streamingChunkSize to 10 or 5 MB

    Hello Richmond,

    First check IIS, Database server and Sitefinity's log files. The last one is located inside App_Data folder. Since the uploading fails on 20 MB I do not see how you can upload 50 MB.

    Streaming allows uploading up to 2 GB, for versions prior 3.7 SP3 where we do not use streaming everything depends on the database server and whether it is capable to handler the request.

    All the best,
