I believe after Friday our Human Resources department will review applications. Then there is likely an initial review to see which applicants meet the minimum requirements for the position. That is usually based on their "exam" which is more of a survey of skills and experience. There is a scoring based on the years of experience, education level and how many skills and preferred skills match our position description.
From there applicants are chosen for an initial interview.
One suggestion that I can share is that even if you have submitted the optional traditional resume, the initial evaluations are done from the online application process. It seems redundant, but that is how they do it here. If you have key skills such as ASP.NET development, SQL etc. you want to make sure it is there in the application, so it counts toward your initial evaluation.
