I get the following error when trying to play a .wmv file.  I uploade the file to the Image and Document library.  Click the play button and nothing plays.  If the video does not work Sitefinity will not meet our product requirements.  Any help would be appreciated.

Error: Sys.InvalidOperationException: MediaError error #3001 in control 'ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_contolPanel_ctl00_ctl01_ctl00_ctl00_ctl00_playerHost': 3001 An error has occurred.

    Hello Eric,

Could you please make sure that you are running the latest Silverlight version?
It seems this a Silverlight 2.0 beta bug.

If you have any problem, don't hesitate to contact us.

I have silverlight 2.0.40115.0.  I have two different test web servers.  One is IIS5.1 on my XP box and the other is a Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.  Both give me a javascript error when attempting to upload video.

Another item I notices is that the video play time is showing all zeros.  00:00:00.

    Hello Eric,

I cannot reproduce this problem locally.

Which Sitefinity version do you use?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Eric,

I have just upload a video on the download copy Sitefinity_3_6_1920_standard.exe in the following way
    1. I created a video library
    2. Add two videos there
    3. Created a page, added the video control
    4. Published it.

When i played it in detail view, I see it working. I did a search in Google and found this.

Silverlight is very strict in supporting videos, like general wmv files, not any encoded ones. Also, let me know your browser setup, if possible please check if there is any Silverlight installed previously.

Thanks for your help.  I did get it to work yesterday by just grabbing a newer .wmv file.  I should have posted it.

    Thanks again.
