We are upgrading from Sitefinity 3.7 SP1 to SP4. I notice the patch does not have any sql script for any db changes. My understanding is this is done automatically when the site is run. My issue is I can only get the DB changes made when I run the site in debug mode from Visual Studio the first time.

Is there another approach to get the DB changes made when we upgrade?

    Hi David,

There are some changes to the schema, but they are made through the datalayer that we use. The only way to track the changes related to the database is using schema comparison tool.
