Updated Thunder plugin, can't connect to site

    We just updated to the latest Thunder plugin 1.3.3.0 and in Visual Studio 2013 we can no longer connect to the site. It consistently states "The installed Thunder module is not updated. Please, reinstall the module from the menu "Telerik" -> "Sitefinity Thunder" -> "Install Sitefinity Thunder Module".

     I've done this and the message persists.
