  • Partners are entitled to priority support with a guaranteed response time of 24 business hours.
  • We provide partners with qualified leads from customers and other solicitations in your region requesting services matching your expertise, if such inquiries come directly to Telerik.
  • We provide partners with access to senior tech people at Telerik rather than strictly support officers.
  • We will publish your logo and company description in the partner section of our website, providing additional marketing exposure of your company.
  • We grant higher priority on your feature requests and bug reports. We encourage your active participation and influence on product development.
  • We include your efforts in our joint marketing initiatives that include joint case studies and highlights on our website.

What we require from Sitefinity Service Partners

  • To become a partner, you must have purchased 3 Sitefinity Standard Edition Licenses, have one successful implementation (website running on Sitefinity) and provide a short case study (guidelines will be provided) about your first Sitefinity project.
  • Sitefinity CMS must be listed in the appropriate section on your website (Partners sections, Products section, etc.) or as part of your service offering.
  • After you gain a Sitefinity Service Partner Status, you must provide 2 case studies per year for projects of your choice.
  • If you meet the requirements for joining the Sitefinity Service Partner Program, please send us an email at sales@sitefinity.com requesting to become a partner.
