Information Collected

This information is used by Telerik for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service and to track site trends and statistics. In most cases, this information does not personally identify you.

ClickTale Web Analytics

In order to improve your user experience, we collect data about user behavior using ClickTale web analytics service. ClickTale may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as any text you type in this website. ClickTale does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use ClickTale services. EQATEC Analytics - Product Installer

In order to improve your experience with our products, we use EQATEC Analytics to monitor and identify trends and usage statistics. During the download and installation process, EQATEC Analytics may record information such as: how often different features are used, how often different button and menu items are clicked, execution time for different operations, error reports, download location, software version, and platform information. The information will be transmitted to and stored by EQATEC on its servers. Telerik does not use EQATEC Analytics to collect any information which identifies you as an individual. The collection of this information will cease once the download and installation process has been completed. However, the information collected may be retained, accessed and used by Telerik and/or EQATEC as long as necessary for the purposes described herein.
