    Does anyone have any recommendations:

Everytime I make a change to:
    Class File (.cs)
    Control File (.ascx)
    Page File(.aspx)
    Global.ascx

or really any changes using visual studio (while plugged up to the Sitefinity CMS).
It locks up visual studio and really just takes forever to post changes.

No I do not KILL VS when it locks up; But I have to wait anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes to do things after saving a file.

Any Suggestions with working with SiteFinity so that I can more rapidly troubleshoot my corrections to the CODE.

    thanks,

Found one way around it (work around):
started to use NOTEPAD ++ to edit the files and save them
It saves a lot of time; becuase VS does not recompile and validate every change I make
        after saving the file.

and yes; no intellisense...but I am good with that..
