I get the following error message after I upload a file to the Image & Document library and rename the file.  Any ideas?  This doesn't happen very often and I can't see a pattern for it.

    Thanks for you help!

    Hello Jason M,

It seems that the one of the required controls cannot be found. There is one templates that use this control it is:

    ~\Sitefinity\Admin\ControlTemplates\Libraries\ControlPanelEdit_Image.ascx,  Line153                <sfMsg:MessageControl ID="message3" runat="server">

Check whether the control exists in the template and the application has access over template. This is what I could suggest looking at the stack trace. Let us  know if there is anything else that we can do for you.

    Sincerely yours,
