I've dropped a LoginControl on my Log in page and I'm trying to change the text to french. I've tried changing the Appearance and tried to see if I needed to create a App_localResources for the control but the control it self does not have these feature working. How would I Change the text to French? Would I need to edit the control to allow Localization? I have the same problem with CreateUserWizardControl, LoginViewControl and PasswordRecoveryControl.

    Hello Stephen Mackay,

All of these controls are standard ASP.NET controls that comes with MicrosoftFramework. The best literature you could find for them is at MSDN.

Customizing the Appearance of ASP.NET Login Controls
    Login class
    CreateUserWizard class
    PassswordRecovery class
    LoginView class

To localize the controls switch to Design mode ("Display/Design" menu) and click "Tools/Generate local resource" menu. For each language version you should have different localization resources. More information at Walkthrough: Using Resources for Localization with ASP.NET

    Best wishes,
