    Hi Telerik,
I explain a issue relative to the newsletter module. This is the scenario:

when my customer sends a newsletter, he usually splits the subscribers (about 9000) in more subscriber groups (about 1000 per group), and send newsletters in separate batches to avoid excessive loading to the smtp server.
So, he usually write one newsletter (the first batch), then set three groups in the "send to" box (for example a, b, c) and save.
Then he duplicate the newsletter: he uncheck the proposed groups (a, b, c) and check other three groups for the next batch (f.ex: d, e, f) and save. And so on.
Often the unchecked groups remains in the newsletters, so a lot of unwanted double sendings happens.

There's a fix for this issue?

    Best regards,

    Hello Bachar ,

Thank you for contacting us and reporting this problem. I'm logging it as a bug in our bug tracking system. As a workaround, you can click "Edit these details" and remove the selection of the groups you don't want to receive the message before you hit the "Send this newsletter now" button. Also you can save the messages as drafts before sending them.

    All the best,
    the Telerik team
