We have a client that has made use of the publish/approve work flow through the use of different roles. We have set the role of LimitedPublisher to Approve -> Deny & Publish -> Deny. For the Publisher role we set Approve -> Allow & Publish -> Allow.

However, when a user with the role LimitedPublisher edits a page and clicks edit, the page is automatically published live. The users in the role of LimitedPublisher only have this role applied.

They are running SF version 3.7.2096.2:1
    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Andrew Booth,

Can you please make sure that page work flow is enabled on this website? Can you please show us the cms/providers configuration section of the web.config for this website?

    Best wishes,

Thank you. That was exactly the issue. Somewhere in the mix it became disabled, however resetting allowpageworkflow=true fixed the issue.
