I am using Sitefinity as the cms application of a website. The site is running on IIS 7 with Dynamic content compression and static content compression enabled for the site ( in IIS configuration).

Administrator can upload files without any problem, and the files are listed correctly on the site.

The problem is that the site visitors cannot get the zip file with the correct content when downloading zip file from download list.

Could anyone tell me the possible reason and how to solve it?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Dwi Wicaksana,

Can you please let us know about the following:
    - Do you have download issues when you upload zip file to the file system
    - Do you see any errors in the Sitefinity.log file, when you request a zip file uploaded in the Images and Documents module
    - Does the problem persist when you Uncheck enable dynamic content compression in IIS.

Thank you for these details in advance!
