licensefile doesn't work - Urgent Help pls.

    what do we have to do to make this licensefile.xml to work, except thoose procedures written in usermanual? Because we still have that message saying "You are running a trial version of sitefinity 3.2" on our site.

    We opened a support ticket (over my account) about this issue and no response until now.

    We have planned a press conference tomorrow. We have to solve this problem immediately.
