Hello, I developed a new Sitefinity 3.7 site on my local machine and everything is working fine. It has a single home page and a blog page.
I published it to the development server (via VS) and got the attatched error when I tried to log into the administration side. It gives me the login and allows me to log in, but then gives me the error. It validated that I typed in the wrong password, but gave me the attached error when I entered the correct one.
A required control was not found in the template for "". The control must be assignable form type "System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebControl" and must have ID "Title".
I can run the public site fine, but the CMS Administration fails.
This all works if I point my local development PC to the development instance of SQL2008 of the database server.
I'm starting to look for the deployment documentation (haven't found it yet) and wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue.
Setup: IIS 6, IE 8, VS2008, SQL2008
