I am wondering what you recommend for server RAM for the 3.5 product.

I have some larger (1MG) PDF files that I am storing in the Images/Documents library and if I find that I am getting a lot of "System.OutOfMemoryException" errors.  I have never experienced this with any of your other versions and even have multiple version of the product running on the same server.  The other versions work just fine.  Any suggestions?

    Hello Allen,

The server RAM depends on the website you want to create and the consumption you expect. Generally 2-3 GB of ram should be more than enough for a large web site. It will be good if you send us the stack trace from the error log and circumstances in which you get the error.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Armen,

We do not think this is related to the Servers Ram/Virtual memory.

Could you please elaborate on when does this happen, as well as what database engine you have? We can suggest you sending us your project, so we can test this locally.
On the other hand, this was reported by you and the person who opened this thread. If you are not willing to send us your project and database, you could try upgrading to a later version (since you are using 3.5Sp1 as well).

Let me know what you think.

    All the best,
    the Telerik team
