    The EditorToolsFile.xml file has a "code snippets" section but I don't see it in the menu when I'm editing content, how do I get that to be displayed?

    Hello Elizabeth Munsey,

    Thank you for using our services.

    By default the insert snippet tool is not enabled. To enable it in the EditorToolsFile.xml you have to add the following (you can add the tool in whichever tools section you wish):
    <tools name="DropdownToolbar" dockable="false"
        <tool name="InsertSnippet"/>

    You can find more information on how to manage your code snippets for the editor here. Do not forget to map the control templates for those controls, whose RadEditor you want to have the snippet tool to be enabled.
