I've created a Form using the Forms builder tool under the Content menu. My client wants a confirmation message to appear when the user clicks the Submit button.

    1. User clicks Submit button
    2. User gets Confirm dialog "Have you printed this page yet? If not, please Cancel and print this page. "
    3. User click Ok or Cancel
      1. Ok = Form submits
      2. Cancel = Form does not submit

I've tried setting up the OnClientClick property of the Submit widget, but it doesn't do anything.  Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello Jeremy,

    Thank you for contacting us!

You can design and implement a custom form field control on your own.
This way you will have the power to extend the form functionality the way you like
and this includes custom JavaScript, dialogs handling, etc.
You can use this article in our documentation as a reference.

    I hope this information helps!
