So I have been asked to create a project where there will be two types of users publishers and content providers. The publishers need to select which content providers they want to see, then create a request for content, the content publishers would then create content for that "job" but only where the publisher could see, is that possible with the sitefinity framework? And can you point me in the right direction as to where I need to start looking at create the different levels of profiles, the request system & content creation. Thanks!

    Hi mrbowling,

You can crate two roles - one for your content providers and one for publishers. Then you can grant or deny permissions for these roles depending on what the should see.  It will not be possible to create a granular permissions - permissions per item. The current implementation is only role based.
