I am currently assessing the feasibility of using Sitefinity to develop a web application and would like to know if a custom module can have more than one page or "view" associated with it.  For example, an ASP.NET application written with the MVC pattern or WCSF pattern allows the develop to create a single module with multiple "views".  Can the same be acheived with Sitefinity, or does a custom module only allow for one 'admin' page and one 'public' page?

    Many Thanks

    Hi Adam,

The architecture of 3.x editions is as follows

Backend - modules - you have a module which could have several views - hierarchical like Images and Documents and Blogs module, or flat like Events, News, Generic Content

Front End - presentation controls which could have several views - generally Master - all items are listed. Details - only a single item and its content is listed. The presentation controls are databound controls populated with data from a given provider. Each module can have many providers.
