Just starting to get my feet wet with sitefinity and have a quick question. Is there a way to add a generic content module onto a masterpage and have it then editable for any pages that use the masterpage? Right now if I add the module to a masterpage, it's locked down in the pages.

Pretty much every page my users are going to create are going to have an generic content area and I would rather cut out the step of them having to add the module each time they create a page.

    Hello Kalvin MacLeod,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately there's no way to associate a Generic Content item with Generic Content control, if you put the control in the master page. We recommend using the standard way of adding controls.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
