    Hello all,

    How do I hardcode in the Master Page (.master file) a Generic Content control? For example, an textbox would look like <asp:textbox....>. What is it for the Generic Content control?

    Thanks all.

    Hello Jon Yates,

    You have to register the control in the master page

    Name: Telerik.Cms.Engine.WebControls.GenericContent
    Assembly: Telerik.Cms.Engine

    You can also register a global tagPrefix in your web.config which will allow you to declaretively use all controls from Telerik.Cms.Engine assembly.

            <add tagPrefix="cmsEngine" namespace="Telerik.Cms.Engine.WebControls" assembly="Telerik.Cms.Engine"/>
