    I'm writing a simple user control like this

    <%@ Control Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeBehind="Menu.ascx.cs"  %>
    <%@ Register assembly="Telerik.Cms.Web.UI" namespace="Telerik.Cms.Web.UI" tagprefix="telerik" %>
    <telerik:RadMenu ID="RadMenu1" Runat="server" Flow="Vertical"  >

    When I add it in Sitefinity, I got this error:

    The control with ID 'RadMenu1' requires a ScriptManager on the page

    However, if I put
    <asp:ScriptManager id="ScriptManager" runat="server"/>     in the control. the following message appears :

    Only one instance of a ScriptManager can be added to the page.

    How can I resolve this problem. The version of Telerik.Cms.dll is 3.5.1747.2
    Thanks for your help

    What if the control is not using the RadAjaxManager but is a control like the DateTimePicker...I just have two of those in a UserControl and I run into this problem. It states that it needs the ScriptManager but when I add the ScriptManager, it breaks.

    I will try this fix but I was not expecting to have to use the RadAjaxManager.
