    I want to have a few different types of categories for my custom module. Specifically, we have Project Type, Our Involvement, Production Type. I want to utilize the exiting Categories framework, but, when I inherit directly from these classes, I have lists of the same categories in both sections (at this point I created Project Type and Our Involvement) Is there a way to have two instances (or more) of this Categories framework and not have the same categories listed in both sections?

    Hello Travis,

    You can use different providers in your controls so that you will not have the same categories. Another opetion is overriding the control's InitializeControls method and getting categories based on different parameters instead of all for the provider

    IList cat = this.Manager.GetCategories();

    Sincerely yours,
