    Can a news item have more than one category? I have some news items that need to be in 3 to 4 categories. Is this possible?

    Hello Craig Fields,

    Category is a metakey. Each content item can be associated only with one category. You could create additional metakeys - Category1, Category2, Category3, Category4. Then in NewsItemNew and NewsItemEdit you can add DropDownList control and populate it with all categories for News provider.

    ContentManager cntManager = new ContentManager("News");
    IList allCategories = cntManager.GetCategories();

    NewsItemNew and NewsItemEdit are external templates and you have to map them.

    All the best,
    Ivan Dimitrov
