I've just rolled out my new website with Sitefinity. Initially, my blog was at "/blog/Default.aspx" but I decided to move it to the root at "Blog.aspx". I couldn't find anyway to move the existing blog page up a directory so I created new page, copied the controls over, and deleted the old one.

However, now all of my search results still point to to the old path, "/blog/default/2009-09/blog_name_here.aspx", instead of "/blog/2009-09/blog_name_here.aspx

I reindexed and that didn't work, so I deleted the index entirely and created a new one. That didn't work either.

What am I missing? I looked in the SearchResults control and on the Search Box control and do not see the old path anywhere.

    Hello Terry Smith,

Please, go to the Blogs module and click on the "Change Settings" link for a blog. Select the new page for Blog Page field and press "Save changes" button. Run the indexing again for your blog index.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
