I'm working on a project that needs to provide alternative spellings of the searched terms similar to what google does.  Has anyone out there implemented something like this in Sitefinity?  I found the following link which has helped some:

Interesteting.  We were just talking about this the other day and we asked Gabe Sumner about this.

It would be very good to have this built into the out of the box search or at least be able to easily integrate it

I found this code and found it very interesting.  There might be something there.  The documentation for Lucene.Net mentions fuzzy search.

    Hi Adam,

Yes, such kind of search is support by Lucene. We have actually a request already for making Sitefinity Search to look for similar words/search terms. It would be a great feature.

I am not sure if someone from the community made it work though.
