    Hi,

    I've tried to implement the URL rewrite. At first it worked. But as I modified it, it stopped working and now, the application pool process (w3wp.exe) sits at 50% until I stop it and restart it.

    I've enabled the  <add name="Cms" type="Telerik.Cms.Web.CmsHttpModuleUrlRewrite, Telerik.Cms"/> in both the module section and httpmodule section. The URL rewrite rule is:

    <urlrewrites>
             <!--Add your rule elements here -->
             <rule>
                <url>/users/(.*)</url>
                <rewrite>myprofile.aspx?username=$1</rewrite>
             </rule>
          </urlrewrites>

    We are running in IIS7 and integrated pipeline mode. Is there anything I'm missing. We are running Sitefinity 3.7.

    Thanks

    -Matt

    Hi Matt,

    I think there is a problem with the rewrite rule. Please try the following:
        <urlrewrites>
          <!--Add your rule elements here -->
          <rule>
            <url>/users/(.*)</url>
            <rewrite>/myprofile.aspx?username=$1</rewrite>
          </rule>
        </urlrewrites>

    Note the backslash added to the rewrite element. This is working fine on my end, without cpu usage. The other rule you have provided is making the path invalid. I am also testing with IIS7 in integrated pipeline mode.

    Sincerely yours,
    Georgi
