which table stores the content for the generic content section?

    I need to access the generic content data for a specfic page which table do get this data from?

    Hello Annie,

    I suggest that you should use the API instead working with the database directly. You can call GetContent method to find desired content and manage it. Check out our developer manual http://www.sitefinity.com/help/developer-manual/content-items-get.html

    However, the table that collects data for GC text is sf_CmsTextContent. You can check sf_CmsContentBase and sf_GCMetaData
