I'm providing support for a registered client who purchased a license using their own Sitefinity account. I'd like to have access to the ticket system, but I can't find a way to add the license through my Sitefinity account so I can do so. Is that something they have to do in their registered users section?
Can you give me an idea of how I can get that to happen?
