    Hi Guys,

    I have been given the task to develope a site using a CMS solution. The reason is so that almost ALL of the static content of our site is updateable without requiring a developer. I have looked at sitefinity and it looks good but I am also looking at DNN and getting bit confused. In my site, I am going to have the following features:

    static content with flash
    shopping cart
    integration with 3rd party help desk system in PHP
    server side logic for site user login, downloads
    I will use Javascript, Divs

    After 1-2 years I would be required to change the whole site look n feel altogether.

    I need to know list of Pros and Cons of sitefinity. If some one can give an honest opinion then that would be great and I will conclude on this and even go to buy sitefinity.

    Hello Zeeshan,

    Thank you for your interest in our application.

    The only thing that we do not have in our application is the shopping cart, but we will have most probably in an year, after the 4.0 release.

    If we should be the honest, both applications are great. What you will receive with Sitefinity though is the support - we will assist you with integration and development process. DNN has a strong community, but you wait for someone of them to respond you.

    Other than that, we believe our APIs are easier to use. I do not want to say good words about Sitefinity and bad words against other products, therefore I invite the others to share their experience as well.
