    I am receiving the following error message when upgrading from Sitefinity v3.7 SP3 to SP4. Any idea why? Thanks, ~Pik

    Configuration Error

    Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

    Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Framework' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

    Hello Pik,

    This could happen if you use nested applications and web.config inheritance is not broken or Telerik.Famework.dll is not accessible or referenced by the project.
